Incident Manager (IMAN) is the module for the complete management of security incidents, IT and Corporate. IMAN is the module for the management of information security incidents on the corporate level. The tool covers all aspects concerning incident management whether simple or complex. In addition to organically collecting the information relating to the systems involved and the methodologies used to perpetrate the attack, IMAN keeps track of direct and indirect costs triggered by the incident. IMAN offers the possibility to manage, in a very simple and intuitive way, more than seventy different types of information about the incident. IMAN is the module for managing information security incidents in a company and offers the possibility to generate incident reports compliant with the most strict international standards. The IMAN Module has also a complete Whistleblower Capability. The IMAN Module supports anonymous reporting of incidents and ethics violations in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley, EU Data Privacy and U.S. Public Disclosure Acts.

Digital Investigation Manager

Digital Investigation Manager (DIM) is a digital evidence management tool, designed and developed in order to be used in IT and investigative environments during Incident Response and Forensics Acquisition, including evidence tracking, case management and chain of custody. The application enables the user to catalog all the relevant information gathered and to generate reports. Digital Investigation Manager allows operations to be organized by case. Each case may contain an unlimited number of Hosts (Workstations, Servers, Laptops, PDAs, etc.). Items of evidence are associated with each host (Hard Disk, CD/DVD-ROM, Memory Card, Log File, Network Dump). It is possible to memorize the destination media and tools used in making forensic copies of the original storage media, as well as the log files generated by the tools.

ITILity Module

A troubleshooting and help desk module is also available for companies that need also to manage the IT incident under the ITIL standard. The module is called ITILity Module and is the ideal complement for the rest of the suite.
